   • Rebuilt the college's main website in Laravel, including the applicant portal and online payments, and redirected legacy links to protect search traffic
   • Built a containerized Laravel platform with GitLab CI/CD for the college's sites: every change goes through a merge request with automated tests and security scans, and blue/green deploys go live only after health checks pass
   • Modernized the core stack (PHP 5.4 to 8.4 in a single auto-patched container image, SQL Server 2012 to 2019 on an Always On cluster, CentOS to Ubuntu) and added redundancy with a web server pool and session failover behind AWS load balancing, a web firewall and CDN
   • Lead the college's move to Canvas: set up and manage the account, led the course import and conversion, and built the SQL feed that keeps the in-house LMS as the system of record; delivered on time to meet an aggressive deadline set by management
   • Set the team's AI coding standards: no secrets in code, no schema changes, production SQL is run by a person, and AI works only on development data masked from production
   • Maintain the college's integrations, including CAMS SIS, Canvas, PayPal, Twilio, Raiser's Edge NXT, EZproxy, Microsoft 365, Google and AWS; administer Entra ID, Intune and Defender, and helped move the college to Microsoft 365

   • Doug Evans Dental: moved the office to Windows Server 2022 and replaced every workstation with no downtime, then rebuilt and modernized the practice website
